The Keeper is certainly the most arrogant of the Kindred in the City. He holds multiple offices, including Toreador Primogen, and the Harpy and also serves Prince Guillome as Herald! His name is Richard Liamsonn, and he considers himself just short of God. Seriously, can you believe the nerve of this guy? To top things off, he holds most of the most expensive real estate in the City as his Clan's Domain! I can't believe that the former Prince, Daimian LeTrey would give him Gulf Breeze. Especially since he was the ONLY Toreador at the time. From what rumor holds, he also has a square block of personal territory in the middle of Tremere territory. That must have taken some doing. I wonder what else he has managed to garner from the Prince?...
