The only Anarch residing in the city at the moment is Inspector Posey. We don't know too much about this one, either. Hell, we don't even know his first name! He behaves himself quite well, just watching and stroking his deck of Tarot Cards... but, boy, are they really are pretty Tarot cards! Well, we haven't had any Anarch trouble since Prince Guillome took over. I wonder if there's a connection? Naw. The Tremere don't associate with Anarchs, do they?
